A third person applying for bail after his arrest for the murder of rapper Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and his friend, businessman Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane, says the State has a weak case against him and that he plans to plead not guilty.
AKA and Tibz were shot dead outside the now-defunct Wish on Florida restaurant in Durban in February last year.
According to the police, AKA was the target and Tibz was collateral damage.
