When Stephanie Walters picked up her car from OR Tambo International Airport after travelling to London to see clients, she knew something was wrong. Flour had been spilt in the car's boot, and documents she had left on the back seat had been moved.
At home, Walters downloaded the tracking report, and was horrified to see that while she was away, her car, a Smart ForFour, had been taken on 27 trips, clocking 119km.
Now she wants answers from Rainbow Parking, an external service provider the airport had recommended to her while their long-term parking facility was closed.
