Businessman Gaorutwe Rothwell Motingwe has appeared in court, accused of defrauding the embattled Ditsobotla Local Municipality of R760 000.
Motingwe, 40, who is the director of Gaomoti Enterprise Trading, is the third accused in the case.
He joined former municipal manager Tsietsi Isaac Shema, 53, and ex-project manager Thamsanqa Mtshali, 40, on trial.
