The Western Cape water and sanitation department says it will pay the embattled Knysna municipality a visit to assess the challenges it faces.
During a media briefing on Thursday, department head Ntombizanele Bila-Mupariwa said they would ensure that water supply and service delivery were taking place, during their visit next week.
The visit will also include education drives to address the vandalism of water infrastructure.
