The City of Johannesburg has warned Sandton City that should it not pay its outstanding municipal bills by the end of February, its services would be suspended.

Sandton City was sent a pre-termination notice on 12 February, and that notice was set to expire on 26 February, which would result in its water being cut off, the City of Joburg says.
