The State has described the alleged failure by delinquent director Dudu Myeni to declare gratifications from the disgraced company, Bosasa, as amounting to "illegal and dishonest abuse of a position of authority".
At the same time, the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) has welcomed the latest case against Myeni, saying it's a step in the right direction for state capture accountability.
Myeni served as the chairperson of the South African Airways between 2012 and 2017.
