Malema: Zuma should have reshuffled himself

accreditation

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema says the party rejects Tuesday's Cabinet reshuffle, but are happy that former Higher Education minister Blade Nzimande is out.

Speaking at a media briefing in Johannesburg, Malema said: "We reject the reshuffle of the national executive because it does not include the criminal suspect, Jacob Zuma."

"We also welcome Blade Nzimande's removal as Higher Education minister," he added.

Earlier on Tuesday, President Jacob Zuma announced changes to his Cabinet - a surprise second reshuffle in less than seven months.
