The judicial commission of inquiry into allegations of state capture will hear testimony on Tuesday from the former chief financial officer of South African Airways (SAA), Phumeza Nhantsi.
This, after former head of financial risk management at SAA, Cynthia Stimpel, gave evidence before commission chair Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo last week about her concerns around a R15bn contract, for which BnP Capital was set to earn R256m in fees.
The commission will also hear aviation-related testimony from the director of BnP Capital, Daniel Mahlangu.
