He's undergone all kinds of procedures over the years in his quest to become the world's most modified person.
The latest saw Michel Faro do Praddo from Brazil, who's also known as the "Human Satan", having two fingers amputated to make his right hand look like a devilish claw.
Even though he's no stranger to amputation surgery, Michel admits this latest procedure, which involved removing his ring and little fingers, was trickier this time round and the healing process was a lot more painful.
Despite this, the body modification fanatic has no regrets.
“I really wanted to change myself and I was very satisfied,” he says.
The 49-year-old tattoo artist underwent surgery to remove his ring finger on his left hand last year.
Michel claims to have undergone 60 surgeries and covered 85 percent of his body in tattoos in his quest to perfect his look.
He started his extreme body modification five years ago.
Procedures he has undergone include having his eyeballs tattooed, inserting implants under the skin of his forehead, having silver tusks implanted in his mouth, splitting his tongue and having his ears, tip of his nose and nipples cut off.
He's also had liposuction, a tummy tuck and 33 horns implanted in his head.
Earlier this year he travelled to Europe, where he was awarded the title of being the person with the most subdermal horn implants by the Guinness World Records.
He described the win as “something very special and surreal”.
Michel, a tattoo artist, is married to a partner who supports his endeavours. His wife, Carol Praddo, is also a devoted body modifier and is known as "Demon Woman".
The couple have been married for 10 years.

Michel isn't fazed by the cost or pain of having to go under the knife to achieve his desired look.
“Actually, I have a good resistance to pain. I don't think anything is so painful. I suffer a lot more in the post-procedures than at the time," he says.
"But if I have to feel pain to achieve what I want, for sure I will face it."
