Customers at a diner in Bangkok, Thailand, were left stunned after discovering they’d been served a dish of noodles – and human flesh.

The owner of Lat Krabang reportedly gave his vegetarian customers the meat of Prasit Inpathom (61), whom he’d allegedly murdered, Daily Mail reports.

Diners complained to staff that they’d been served chunks of meat in what was supposed to be a vegetarian meal.

After customers complained to local authorities an investigation of the premises was ordered and blood splatters were found on the kitchen floor and wall.

Authorities later found Inpathom’s body in a septic tank. His head had been smashed and he had several stab wounds, News.com reports.

Prasit was last seen with his brother at the restaurant on 21 October and was allegedly involved in a verbal altercation with the restaurant boss, whose name hasn’t been released, Metro reports.

According to police the owner wanted to get rid of the Prasit’s body so he ground it up and served it to customers.

The restaurant owner is currently on the run, Asia One reports.
