  • Things seem to be getting more awkward between Nonku Williams and Slee Ndlovu on RHOD.
  • Jojo Robinson came to her friend's defence by saying she is fun and makes her happy after Slee implied that Nonku was "no fun".
  • Slee and Nonku's friendship broke down in season three of the reality show.

It seems like the possibility of Slee Ndlovu and Nonku Williams being friends again is drifting further and further away.

The pair have drifted apart after being unable to keep the hatchet buried after season three's drama.

Jojo Robinson, Nonku's best friend, recently took to her Instagram account to throw light shade at Slee. In a recent episode of RHOD, Slee made remarks about Nonku not being a fun person, which didn't sit well with the ladies.

Jojo shared snaps and clips of her, Nonku, Maria and Zama having fun.

"When someone says your friend isn't fun, but you know they are the most fun, fun brings out fun—as does the opposite. Be the person who makes the people around you happy," she captioned her post.

In the episode, the reality stars went to Namibia and were immersed in all the country has to offer, from sightseeing to camel rides and sunsets by the beach; even Zama Ngcobo gave her arch nemesis Sorisha Naidoo a thumbs up for the trip.

Although she had said she was on a sobriety journey, Nonku said she was letting her hair down because it was a girl's trip.

Jojo let her followers on Instagram in on how they ended the night

"The poor staff had to deal with us when we got back, and we were loud. The party didn't end after the filming cut. At some point, one of us tried to climb on the table to dance...lol. Poor German guests," she continued on her post.

Nonku and Slee's friendship broke down in the third season, and in the final episode, they had a heated exchange and had to be separated by the production crew.

Over the past three weeks, Slee has been singled out for her choice of outfits, the animosity between her and Nonku Williams, being Sorisha Naidoo's "lapdog," and overusing her financially overstretched situation.

Previously speaking with News24, she said she has always been her own person.

"I cannot control the final product that is put out there and what the narrative looks like. There are a lot of hours that go into shooting, and there is a lot of content that is unseen, so people can believe whatever they want to believe.

"We signed contracts, and when we sign these contracts, we let go of any rights to the material and everything else, for that matter; so whatever they decide the narrative and storyline is going to look like, that's what it's going to look like, no matter what you do or how well you put on your best behaviour," she said.

"I expected it to be a lot better, but I feel like there are a lot of things that happen behind the scenes, even where production is concerned—people leave, some people come back, and they also want to leave their mark, but at the expense of the cast."

Before season 4 of the reality show aired, Nonku Williams, in a  Q&A with News24, reflected on the past season and what viewers can expect from her in season four of RHOD.

"I felt that I needed to come back in season 4 and redeem myself," said the reality TV star about her return to RHOD, which premiered in February.
