Why Taylor Swift’s cat might owe her $40 million dollars

accreditation

Known for her billboard-topping hits, but also her long, sexy and always-bronzed legs; American singer and fashion icon Taylor Swift and her (formerly loving) cat, Meredith Grey, apparently have huge issues.

She recently shared the aftermath of her cat's vicious attack on her upper thigh on Instagram. The bloody scratch(s) look damn eina.

According to The Gloss, #Tswiz planned to insure her pins for a whopping R 496 million ($40 million). If this is, in fact, true her cat owes her a lot of dough. Better start pulling some of Choupette's moves, Meredith...

(Choupette, Karl Lagerfeld’s fashionable kitty, has her own beauty line, a collection of accessories inspired by Lagerfeld, a movie, and not to mention, has mingled with every A-lister Karl has worked with. )

Celebrities often insure their bodily assets for millions of dollars. To name a few: Dolly Parton has insured her ample bosoms for a whopping R7 million, Rihanna took out a policy for R 12,4 million on her legs, Kylie Minogue has insured her bum for R62 million and actress America Ferrera protected her killer smile for R124 million, according to Business Insider.

Thus, it came as no surprise to me that Miss Taylor Swift has allegedly done the same.

Despite her cat's hateful attitude towards the pop-star, she still maintained a sense of humour about the whole thing, posting this on Instagram:

GREAT WORK MEREDITH I WAS JUST TRYING TO LOVE YOU AND NOW YOU OWE ME 40 MILLION DOLLARS
