The Judicial Commission of Inquiry into State Capture resumed on Wednesday with its first session of 2019.

Head of the legal team, Adv Paul Pretorius, told the commission that they will hear evidence from Eskom in due course.

The next witness is former Bosasa employee Angelo Agrizzi, who is expected to testify on conduct relating to fraud, corruption and money laundering.
