The judicial commission of inquiry into state capture will on Wednesday hear an application by former SARS commissioner Tom Moyane to cross-examine Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan.
Power utility Eskom will still be under the spotlight, with testimony from former business rescue practitioner at Optimum coal mine, Piers Marsden, and Dr Thibedi Ramontja, the former director general of the Department of Mineral Resources.
